Oil Expellers

1. Capacity of single chamber machine starts from 1 ton to 45 tonnes a day.
2. Single Chamber machine has capability to crush all kinds of seeds including palm kernel, nut cotton seeds,copra, rape seeds,sunflower,castor, canola, shianut, ground nuts, etc,.

Cooker includes steam kettle,mounted on the expeller for pre-heating of seeds.

Double reduction, heavy duty gear box is used to stand radial casting gear which increases durability and efficiency of machinery.

Special EN8 steel main shaft with water cooling arrangements is used to control the temperature of chamber.

For ensuring long life of machinery we use high grade carbon steel which is specially hardened or hard faced for obtaining required hardness.

High quality electric motors are used to make single chamber design, such as ABB, Crompton Greaves, siemes etc., including reversible switch panel board to give a easy restart which occurs due to power failure / over loading in machine.

2. Double screw machine is suitable for pre-pressing and complete full pressing in one expeller. It also includes a benefit of better oil recovery by providing double crushing

High grade and hard facing carbon steel is used for manufacturing this which increases durability and life of machinery.

Heavy duty gear box is used for double reduction and it also increases the efficiency of machinery.

Cooker installed in machinery includes steam kettle which pre heats seeds and cooker is also used for recovery & bottle pressing of seeds.
