This machine is ideal for industrial production of oil from agro-commodities like soybean seed, sesame seed, mustard seed, sunflower seed, cottonseed, copra, etc. This oil pressing machine is designed and manufactured with the latest technology used worldwide, which ensure power efficiency and higher production.

This oil press machine can be useful for medium scale oil production business. A 3-Phase 40 HP electric motor was used for running the machine and the RPM of the motor was maintained 1440 RPM.

The machine consists of the different parts such as gears, worms, bearing, chamber, cone & collar and cutter. The pressing machine contains rotating shafts and the material used is mild steel, allow steel and cast steel. A screw (worms) rotates inside the chamber of the pressing machine, which creates pressure to extract the oil.

Cast Steel Chamber with Four Sections.
Chambers are Vertically Fitted.

Hard Faced Worm Assembly, Discharge Ring and Compression Ring.
Main Worm Shaft can be withdrawn without Disturbing the Gear Box.
Crammer Shaft Gives Extra Cramming of the Seed or Cake in the Feed Body.
Kettle: 3 or 4 stage kettle with Steam Jackets of Ø 48” for efficient cooking of Seed. Pipe Fitting Contains Safety Valve, Steam Spray Pipe, Pressure Gauge, Steam Valves & Steam Traps.
Cake Thickness can be Adjusted on Running Machine.
Superior Quality of Oil & Cake with less Residual Oil.
