Cast Iron Body and Steel Fabricated Base.
Double Reduction Gear Box of Cast Iron Body with Self Lubricant.
Alloy Steel Gears with EN8 Shaft.
Chambers are Horizontally Fitted.
Chamber is made from Mild Steel Plates.
Size Available : Ø 9” X 48 Long, Ø 8″ X 48 Long, Ø 7″ X 48 Long, Ø 6½” X 48 Long & Ø 6” X 48 Long.
Option to choose from Normal Worm, Hard Chrome, Hard Faced Worm & Cage Bar Assembly.
Main Worm Shaft can be withdrawn without Disturbing the Gear Box.
The machine has to be stopped for adjusting the Cake Thickness.
Vertical Steam Kettle can also be equipped with independent Gearbox at extra cost.
This machine is used for Pre-press & Full Press.
