Assembly Shop

To assemble a machine, parts to be assembled should be manufactured with accuracy and precision so that they are interchangeable and fit easily. For this, we have all the instruments like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Dial gauges, Bore Gauges. We have Boring machines which have DRO (Digital Read Out System) attached to them, to machine the bodies and Gear Boxes with accuracy. For handling heavy bodies and parts of the machine we have Overhead Cranes, Gantry Cranes which enables us to assemble the machines faster and quicker.
