Copra Oil Mill Plant

The Copra dryer is used to dry fresh coconut kernel from 35 – 40% moisture content to 5 – 7% using hot air.

We provide Coconut shell fired or Diesel fired Copra Dryer complete with centrifugal blower, Hot air distribution duct with 2 way valve, Stainless Steel chimney, temperature dial gauge, Shaft and pulley, foundation bolts etc.

Copra Cutter & Hammer Mill is used to disintegrate the copra half-cups into minute pieces for improved Cooking efficiency, Oil yield and also wear life.

We provide Hammer Mill with Swinging type hammer made of Hardened Steel. The mesh size can be adjusting to get the desired particle size of Copra.

Disintegrated Copra obtained after the cutting process can be used as a raw material for Oil Press.

The copra contains 60 – 65% oil content. After a double stage pressing, about 8 – 9 % residual oil is left in the copra meal which is an excellent source of protein supplement for grass fed animals.

The Disintegrated Copra is conditioned using Steam in a Vertical Cooking Kettle.

The oil is expelled from the copra by the pressure exerted by a continuous rotating warm shaft in the barrel or cage of the press. The barrel is built with openings to allow the escape of oil.

Crude Expelled oil generally contains 5 – 10% suspended solid(foots). A filter press is used to separate these solids from crude oil.

Boilers are generally used to produce steam by applying heat to water. The steam is transferred to the cooking kettle through a pipe line system. During the process, steam pressure is controlled and regulated with the help of steam pressure gauges.

We provide both Vertical & Horizontal Multi Tubular Shell Type Smoke Tube Boilers. The main components of this boiler mainly include coal, shells, husks, wood or other agricultural waste, Furnace Oil, Diesel, Gas, etc.

Bucket elevator is a part of automatic copra oil mill. It is used to transfer materials upwards in directions at particular height. It helps to reduce the labor for feeding raw materials.

We offer Chain & Belt Type Bucket Elevator, MS or SS construction with receiving and discharge chute, Chain tightening arrangement etc. complete with drive and all necessary accessories.

Screw conveyor is used for conveying material, to and from machine to elevator or vice versa. It has a special anti-dust design to protect the material from dust. Screw conveyor provides a smooth positive momentum for the material because it rotates vice versa inside the trough.

Screw conveyor, MS or SS construction, U-trough type casing with top cover, screw flight welded to pipe and with necessary shaft, hanger bearings etc. complete with drive and all necessary accessories.

Dust vermin proof control panel fabricated from M.S. sheet provided complete with individual components for each motor mentioned in the offer with relays, contactors, fuses, On/Off Switches, Indicators and Hour Counting Meter for Expeller etc.
