Sesame Seed Oil Mill Plant

The seed cleaner is used to clean impurities such as mud blocks, stones, grass, ropes and spikes.

We provide a complete multi-deck vibrating type seed cleaner with an aspiration system and dust collection box. These machines are designed and developed using high-quality materials in compliance with the prescribed industry standards with the help of our team of experts.

Sesame seed contains 50 – 52 % oil content. To extract sesame oil, the sesame seed has to be pressed thrice. After a 3 Stage pressing, 6 to 7% of residual oil will be left in the meal that will be used to feed farm animals

The Cleaned Sesame seed is conditioned using Steam in a Vertical Cooking Kettle.

The oil expeller consists of various parts such as body, hopper, main shaft and gear assembly, etc. In the chamber, the screw shaft is rotated in a parallel direction for crushing oil seed. The screw and its shaft are arranged in such a way that the material is progressively compressed as it moves on, discharge at the end of the chamber. The effect compression can be achieved, through reducing clearance between the cage and the screw shaft. The oil escapes from the seed by a gradual increasing pressure by the screw.

We offer small scale to large scale oil extraction machines. We use only the sophisticated technology and best grade material to design these machines.

The Sesame Oil expelled from the press consists of 5 – 10% fine solids / foots suspended in it.

These solids need to be separated out from the oil. We have designed a 2 Stage filtering process followed by polish filter which can entrap impurities as small as 2 micron particle size.

We can also provide Polish Filter for further polish the filtered oil before bottling.

The process can be manual – semi automatic – or fully automatic as per the client requirement and project budget.

The Control Panel is Front access with cable entry for mains power and control via the bottom of the panels. The Control Panel / MCC comprises of Main Incomer for isolation, Distribution Busbar System, AWH METER, Direct On Line (DOL), Star Delta (Y/Δ), Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) for Speed Control, Motor Protection Circuit Breakers, Power Supplies for Internal use, Interposing / Control Relays, Cooling Fans / Filters, Power and Control Terminals for field wiring.
